Welcome to Pluris (“Pluris,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of getpluris.com, the Pluris mobile application, and all related products, services, rewards systems, promotions, referral programs, offerwalls, surveys, shopping integrations, content, and features (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using Pluris, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use Pluris, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise permitted by law with proper consent
  • Provide accurate and truthful registration information
  • Maintain only one personal account unless expressly authorized

2. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for:

  • All activity occurring under your account
  • Keeping your information current and accurate
  • Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or security concerns

Pluris may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or security violations.

3. Rewards Program

Pluris allows users to earn points, cashback, credits, or rewards (“Rewards”) through eligible activities such as:

  • Playing games
  • Completing offers
  • Surveys
  • Shopping
  • Referrals
  • Sponsored promotions
  • App downloads
  • Partner activities

Important Conditions:

  • Rewards are not guaranteed unless confirmed by Pluris and/or applicable third-party providers
  • Offers may be modified, paused, or removed at any time
  • Reward values may change without notice
  • Pending rewards may require verification before payout
  • Some offers may be limited by geography, demographics, or advertiser requirements

Pluris reserves sole discretion in determining reward eligibility.

4. Payouts & Redemptions

Users may redeem eligible Rewards for available payout options, which may include:

  • Venmo
  • Bank transfer
  • Cryptocurrency (if offered)
  • Promotional rewards

Pluris may:

  • Set minimum redemption thresholds
  • Require identity verification
  • Delay payouts for fraud review
  • Deny payouts for violations of these Terms
  • Reverse rewards for chargebacks, cancellations, invalid traffic, or advertiser reversals

Users are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations related to rewards.

5. Referral Program

Pluris may offer referral incentives for inviting new users.

Prohibited Referral Conduct:

  • Self-referrals
  • Fake accounts
  • Incentivized spam
  • Misleading promotions
  • Automated referrals
  • Fraudulent installs

Violation may result in forfeiture of referral earnings, account suspension, or legal action.

6. Fraud Prevention & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, VPN abuse, or automation to manipulate rewards
  • Create multiple accounts
  • Falsify information
  • Abuse advertiser systems
  • Engage in deceptive behavior
  • Reverse transactions after rewards
  • Exploit bugs or loopholes
  • Interfere with platform operations

Pluris may investigate suspicious behavior and take action including:

  • Account suspension
  • Reward forfeiture
  • Payment withholding
  • Permanent bans
  • Legal enforcement

7. Third-Party Offers & Services

Pluris partners with third-party advertisers, merchants, offerwalls, and affiliates.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party products or services
  • Offer availability
  • Merchant disputes
  • Survey eligibility
  • Advertiser decisions
  • Third-party app performance

Your interactions with third parties are subject to their own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, logos, graphics, trademarks, text, and functionality associated with Pluris are owned by or licensed to Pluris.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Modify
  • Reverse engineer
  • Resell
  • Redistribute
  • Exploit

without prior written consent.

9. User Content

By submitting content (reviews, testimonials, social posts, suggestions, feedback), you grant Pluris a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and promote such content.

You are solely responsible for content you submit.

10. Communications Consent

By using Pluris, you consent to receive:

  • Account notifications
  • Reward alerts
  • Redemption updates
  • Security notices
  • Promotional emails
  • SMS messages (where consented)
  • Push notifications

Message and data rates may apply. Opt-out options may be available.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

Pluris may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time for reasons including:

  • Terms violations
  • Abuse
  • Legal compliance
  • Security concerns
  • Inactivity
  • Chargebacks

Termination may result in loss of pending or unredeemed Rewards.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pluris provides Services “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Specific earnings
  • Reward approval
  • Third-party offer completion
  • Platform security beyond reasonable safeguards

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pluris shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost rewards
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect damages
  • Third-party disputes
  • Fraudulent activity by users or advertisers

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you earned through Pluris in the previous 6 months, or
  • $100 USD

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pluris and its affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of Services
  • Fraudulent conduct
  • Terms violations
  • Third-party disputes
  • Legal noncompliance

15. Privacy

Your use of Pluris is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at getpluris.com/privacy-policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction designated by Pluris, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes may be resolved through:

  • Binding arbitration
  • Small claims court where permitted
  • Applicable local legal requirements

17. Changes to Terms

Pluris may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

18. Force Majeure

Pluris is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Internet outages
  • Cyberattacks
  • Payment processor failures
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters

19. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and related policies, constitute the full agreement between you and Pluris.
